Common Questions About Executive Stress Coaching.
Who do you typically work with?
I work primarily with senior leaders and experienced professionals navigating executive stress, career transitions, or the uncertainty of what comes next. Many are approaching retirement, redefining their role, or reassessing how they want to live and lead moving forward.
Is this therapy or consulting?
No. Coaching is forward-focused and strategic. While we may reflect on past experiences, our work centers on clarity, alignment, and intentional next steps. This is not clinical therapy, nor is it business consulting. It is structured, confidential guidance designed to support meaningful personal recalibration.
What does the coaching process look like?
My core engagement is a structured 4-month program with regular sessions and clear milestones. We address executive stress, identity shifts, energy management, boundaries, and transition planning in an integrated way. Each engagement is thoughtful, strategic, and tailored to your specific stage of life and leadership.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Our work is entirely confidential. Many leaders value having a private, neutral space to think clearly without professional or personal expectations influencing the conversation.
How much time does this require?
Most clients commit to one session per week during the core program. The work is designed to fit into demanding schedules while still allowing for meaningful progress.
What is your background?
I bring decades of corporate leadership experience, combined with certification through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. My approach blends executive perspective with evidence-based integrative wellness.
What can I expect during a Discovery Call?
The Discovery Call is a confidential 30-minute conversation designed to explore your current challenges, clarify your goals, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together. There is no obligation — simply a thoughtful first step.
