How to Make Your Schedule Work for You

Recently, I worked with someone who wanted to redesign their schedule. Not an aspirational one.A realistic one.
📋 We looked at how many meetings are actually sustainable in a day, how many high-priority tasks can realistically be completed, and how to intentionally build in 15-minute buffer moments between meetings.
⏸️ Those short intervals matter more than people think. They create space for light movement, stepping away from the screen, a brief walk - or simply pausing and resetting.
Whatever you do is better than nothing, and it adds up by the end of the day.
🧠 The goal was a schedule that included “ME” time as part of the plan, not as a reward at the end. When recovery is built in, people arrive at the next meeting more present, less stressed, and more productive.
Small adjustments. Better outcomes.
❓ What would change if your schedule worked with you instead of against you?
